Neuf Télécom?
Bonjour,
J'ai un connection internet de Neuf en Découprage total. J'ai internet, tv et téléphone gratuit.
Comment je peux voir les frais de mon téléphone que j'ai encourus autres que mes appels gratuits (appel à numéro speciaux et internationaux) ? Je voudrais voir sur le site Neuf. Je ne suis pas parler des factures mensuelles. Je suis parler des frais courants. Repondez moi rapidment svp.

I have Neuf internet connection. I would like to know how can I see the charges that I have incurred on my telephone by calling up the special or international numbers. I am not talking of the monthly bills. I am talking of the running charges. For ex.: I want to know what are the charges that I have incurred in the last 2 days on my neuf telephone. I want to check this on the neuf internet site.
Does someone with a neuf internet connection have any idea regarding this?

Neuf Télécom?sur le site de neuf, tu vas dans ESPACE CLIENT, et tu cliques sur la rubrique MON COMPTE NEUF tu sélectionne VISUALISER MES FACTURES. Là ils te détaillent chaque appel passé, avec le tzzmps de communication, et le cout de l'appel s'il n'est pas inclus dans tes appels gratos
